The American Revolution Round Table of Richmond, VA (AART-Richmond) is a robust and active Round Table that enjoys a number of blessings: with a world-class meeting place in the West Hampton Room of the Heilman Dining Center on the campus of the University of Richmond, VA, the group has married a sense of historical purpose and academic excellence with an activities schedule that would be the envy of any group. On July 15, 2009, the members and guests of the group were privileged to listen to a presentation by Dr. Holly Mayer, "Camp Followers of the Contental Army". The program met with a sustained and enthusiastic applause and led the group to exit the meeting room and continue their lively discussions outside.
