Although Dr. Moss is internationally acclaimed as a scholar, he is known locally principally as a gentleman of considerable generosity.  Scholars and history buffs have found him readily willing to share his knowledge with all who seek his assistance. His enthusiasm for his work is unbounded and those who know him cherish his friendship.
